Kindly understand that a lot of preparation goes into each and every appointment and event. This is why we require 24-hour notice to reschedule an appointment or postpone admission.

You may reschedule your appointment through your confirmation email, or by reaching us through our Contact page.

You also may postpone your admission to a future date when the same or similar event will be offered, by notifying us through your confirmation email or our Contact page.

If you do not show up to an appointment or event, and you did not previously notify us of your desire to reschedule or postpone, no refund will be issued.
